Trust… an agent who truly listens (not just pretending to listen…) …; proactively searches and/or sifts through available candidates to ensure best fit; obvious focus on client comfort, security, proof of adequate background checks and a proven record of reliability toppled with balanced judgement are a summation of what we found as rummaged through bodies of content on the web. All in our bid to direct our readers on what’s ideally to be the focus in engaging a domestic help agency or agent as the New Year unfolds or at any point in the year.
We would like to propose that it makes it lots easier to deal with agencies or agents with the aforementioned characteristics and/or more of such characteristics because it assures one of being in safe hands and not just left to the uncertainty and roller-coaster ride likely to be experienced with agencies/agents exhibiting contrary operational characteristics.
We truly believe that you really shouldn’t settle for less even if under pressure to engage a domestic help. In addition, don’t allow the cost, which maybe slightly higher than the usual, deter completely from considering that agent or agency with a higher service structure than a haphazardly structured one.
